Offer my version of Ship Customisation.
Not very good in English. So not going to search for other threads started by devs on this theme.
Hull colos scheme, corp and alli logo should be installed in special slots (similar to rig slot). One for color scheme and 2 - for logos. In back story - this script may configured adaptive nano-paintwork. 
Corporate logo. Pilot can take a copy of the script to install the logo on the ship in a special tab in the corporation window. Payment in isk. So the same as it is now copied corporate bookmarks. If a special logo module is not installed, displays NPC manufacturer corporation logo. As is now. Or may be PC manufacturer if CCP like this.

Special color schemes and logos modules can not be sold on the market or transferred via contract. However, they can be sold via contract with the ship which installed and transfered by direct trade. When packing the ship - the module is lost (similar rig). Blueprint original and copies may be sold usual way.
 Now go to hulls design.
The most profitable part of the project - a pseudo-unique designs created in a special editor. Payment in AUR. The cost is different, depending on the selected design elements and number of producing run in the resulting blueprint copy. Chance to loot instaled module in destroying ship - low.
